How much does the service cost and do you offer a free trial?

A 3% commission (excl. VAT) applies after the 3-month free trial period.

Question 2

How do I set my commission? Is it mandatory?

It's up to you to decide in agreement with the producers and based on the services you provide (venue, communication, pre-market product collection, etc.). The commission is optional — the organisation can be managed by an association or a volunteer.

Is the platform open to amateur producers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can create a producer account as an individual. French law allows individuals to sell their fruit and vegetables under certain conditions.

Is it possible to team up with other producers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can easily join other producers to sell together.

Question 5

Do you offer online payment? Is revenue splitting between producers automated?

Accepted Answer

Online payment is an option (can be changed at any time). Bank fees are borne by the producer. Automated splitting is done after order fulfilment so you can adjust delivered quantities first.

Question 6

Only some producers at the market want to use online payment — how does that work?

Accepted Answer

Each producer chooses freely. For a single market with multiple producers, some products can be paid on site while others are paid online.

Question 7

I want to use online payment but the product is sold by actual weight — how does that work?

You can enter the maximum weight, then specify the actual quantity during fulfilment. The customer will be automatically refunded for any overpayment.

How does distribution work?

You are free to organise as you wish: prepare orders in advance, let customers collect, etc.

Is delivery available?

You can offer this option on your markets and even set variable delivery fees based on distance.

How do I cancel an order?

You can do this from the Orders section of the sales module. If online payment is enabled, the customer will be refunded automatically.

I have no internet connection at my farm or site — what can I do?

The sales module works offline — Buzug follows you everywhere and syncs as soon as it gets a signal! You need to install the app for offline use (desktop, tablet, phone).

Can I share a direct link with my customers?

Accepted Answer

Every producer and manager has a Buzug page with a unique shareable link.

I paid online but some products were missing — who refunds me?

Accepted Answer

The producer can adjust quantities during fulfilment — you will be refunded automatically.

I want to change or cancel my order — who should I contact?

Contact the producer directly.

Is delivery available?

The site manager can choose to offer this option.

Is there a Buzug app for my phone or tablet?
