The Buzug platform is published by Britlog (BRITLOG EURL), headquartered in Plomelin (29700), France. Buzug is a registered trademark of Britlog.
These terms and conditions govern the use of the Buzug platform by all users: producers (professional or individual), individual buyers, and professional buyers (restaurants, retailers). They apply to any order placed through the platform.
Access to Buzug is free for all users. Account creation is required to place orders or list products. No subscription or registration fees are charged.
Britlog acts as a software publisher and technical intermediary. Britlog is neither a seller nor a buyer of products listed on the platform. Sales contracts are concluded directly between producers and buyers. Britlog is not responsible for the quality, compliance, or availability of products.
Selling prices are set freely by each producer, inclusive of all taxes. Buzug does not intervene in price setting.
Buzug charges a 3% commission (excl. VAT) on sales made through online markets. Manually entered orders are not subject to any commission. A free 3-month trial is offered to each new producer.
Orders may be paid directly to the producer upon collection, or online by credit card via Stripe. The online payment service is provided by Stripe Technology Europe (licensed payment institution). Each producer freely chooses whether to enable online payment. For multi-producer online markets, payment distribution is automated after order preparation is validated.
Collection or delivery terms are defined by each market manager. Delivery fees may apply based on distance. The platform assumes no responsibility for logistics between producers and buyers.
Producers may adjust delivered quantities during order preparation. In case of online payment, any overpayment is automatically refunded to the buyer. In case of dispute, Britlog may intervene as mediator and issue a refund if circumstances warrant.
Britlog uses all reasonable means to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Britlog shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, nor for disputes between producers and buyers regarding products.
Data collected through Buzug is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Buzug does not collect data for advertising purposes. For any data-related requests, contact us via the contact form.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the courts of Quimper shall have sole jurisdiction.
Britlog reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
