Buzug overview

How does Buzug work?

1
Set up a site and create products
Site setup

Producers can create their own site and/or join other producers' sites. A site manager can invite producers to broaden the product range and foster collaboration between producers.

The producer sets their own selling price. Customers pay on site by default, but the producer can opt for online payment.

From the very start, the producer gets a free Buzug page displaying their profile and products, even without selling on the platform.

2
Enter orders or create markets
Order entry

The site manager can enter orders and delivery notes for free using the built-in order tool, or create a market.

Producers who have joined the site will receive an email to participate in the market and list their available products, with optional stock limits.

The pickup / delivery schedule is set by the site manager. Delivery fees can be configured based on distance ranges between the delivery address and the site.

3
Order fulfilment
Order fulfilment

The producer can adjust the order: out-of-stock items, products sold by weight or volume, additions, etc.

Order additions are appended to the original order to simplify fulfilment.

If online payment is enabled, revenue splitting between producers is automated.

A delivery note is generated upon fulfilment validation. An invoice can be issued per delivery note or consolidated monthly.

Work without constraints

The Buzug platform was designed to offer maximum flexibility, letting every producer — professional or individual — work the way they want.

Complete workflow.
Buzug guides you from product setup through to invoicing: customer catalogues, pickup/delivery schedules, weight/volume sales, volume discounts, monthly invoicing, Chorus Pro, and more.

What's in it for the producer?

Production planning

Producers receive the list of ordered products before the market. Production can be planned more precisely (harvesting, baking, etc.), leading to less waste and higher customer satisfaction.

Market organisation

Faster pickup for stress-free markets. Queues are reduced during busy periods. Large numbers of producers can be coordinated with automated payment splitting.

Increased sales

Greater visibility through geographic search to attract new customers. By pooling producer networks at a single market, buyers discover new products.

And for the customer?

Direct producer prices

Cheaper than large retailers thanks to the short supply chain. The commission is kept as low as possible to maintain reasonable prices.

Reserved products

Available products are known in advance, letting customers plan their purchases accordingly. No disappointment on market day.

Market visibility

Upcoming markets appear in geographic search, and customers can follow their favourite producers' Buzug pages.

Usage-based pricing

No subscription. You only pay for what you use.
